Our commitment
We believe access to clear financial information should not depend on how you use the web. SDR Consulting Inc. strives to ensure that our services and digital content are accessible to people with disabilities, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project.
Conformance standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning and neurological disabilities.
What we've built into this site
- Keyboard navigation. Every interactive element, including the main menu, can be operated without a mouse, with visible focus indicators throughout.
- Skip link. A "Skip to main content" link appears on first tab press so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass the navigation.
- Semantic structure. Pages use proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions and descriptive link text so assistive technology can navigate reliably.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful images carry descriptive alt text; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Color contrast. Text and interface colors are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios. We never use pure black on white, but all text sits well above the required contrast threshold.
- Reduced motion. If your device requests reduced motion, animations, auto-scrolling marquees and counters are disabled automatically.
- Labeled forms. Every form field has a visible, programmatically associated label, and errors are communicated in text rather than by color alone.
- Responsive and zoomable. The site reflows to any screen size and supports browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
- Live results. Calculator results are announced to screen readers as they update.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may exist:
- Embedded third-party content. Our podcast player, video player, map and scheduling tool are provided by third parties. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind but do not control their code.
- Documents. Some downloadable resources may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. We will provide an accessible alternative on request.

If any part of this website prevents you from getting the information you need, we will provide it another way, by phone, by email, in a different document format, or by walking you through it directly. There is no charge for this, and you never need to explain why.

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within two business days and to resolve confirmed issues promptly.
